Our Thought Leadership Team (TLT) is comprised of 33 change management practice leaders who are passionate about building the change capability in their organizations. The mission is to create a community of practice in which to learn, share, and innovate.
Recently, the TLT set their 2017 priorities. This year, the TLT will continue to meet 3-4 times per year to dive deep into meaty topics such as emotional intelligence, building resilience, adaptive leadership, and serve as a think tank to meeting host organizations. In addition, they plan to expand their impact by hosting a few virtual meetings to share TLT meeting content and outcomes with chapter members as well as look for ways to partner with related professions to further build change capability across disciplines.
