Our March Coffee chat will introduce an analytical tool, Microsoft’s Workplace Analytics (WpA), which can be leveraged by change management professionals as it is part of Office365.
As our world becomes increasingly focused on the use of big data, knowledge of analytical tools and how to apply them to change management will become essential skills. We’re excited to highlight a case study and facilitate a discussion about how analytical tools can be used to laser-focus an assessment of an organization’s current state and provide real-time feedback on the uptake of change.

Susan Anderson (VP Business Transformation, Hitachi Consulting) is a seasoned executive who enables business and technology transformation efforts to ‘stick’ by showing clients how to understand and enable the human side of the equation. Her work style involves rolling up her sleeves and partnering with clients to leverage tools / techniques to manage organizational change. She has worked specifically on Organizational Strategy and Design solutions to enable more effective organizations.
Ginevra Drinka’s (Sr. Consultant, Org Effectiveness, Hitachi Consulting) work spans three different levels of change: organization-wide, group/team and individual. At each level, she specializes in assessment (surveys, analytics, and personality inventories) and intervention (coaching, training, and facilitation). Her doctoral training adhered to a scientist-practitioner model that emphasized producing evidence-based content to yield impactful results.
