Rebecca is the Director or Program and Project Management with Plaster Group, a Seattle-based management consultant firm. She is an accomplished project management consultant with over 10 years experience in change management, business development, training, technology implementation, and marketing strategy. The majority of her career has been focused on transformational technology implementations and business reorganizations.

Rebecca specializes in comprehensive organizational change management including cultural integration, organizational design, process design, leadership development, strategic communications, and end-user training.

Her experience spans multiple industries including technology, telecom, banking and finance, state and federal government, nonprofits, and health and human services, ranging from small to Fortune 500 corporations.

Rebecca has her Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, a BA in Government and a BA in Philosophy & Public Affairs from Claremont McKenna College
