Meet the ACMP PNW Board of Directors


Tara Beckman

President


Tara has over 20 years of change management and human capital experience at Deloitte Consulting, PeopleFirm, Nike, and Portland General Electric. Tara has led a wide-range of strategic change initiatives from building employee readiness for global business transformations and reorganizations to driving adoption of global, enterprise-wide technology and process implementations. Tara has partnered with companies of all sizes across industries and geographies to create sustainable change at the portfolio, program and project levels. Her change management experience is enhanced by six years as a mental health professional. Additionally, she is a certified Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Tara is a founding Board Member, former Vice-President, and President of the ACMP PNW Chapter. She is proud of the integral role she has played in standing up the first U.S. chapter of ACMP Global

Angela Yeh

Vice President

Angela Yeh is a passionate organizational change management leader with over 20 years of experience in program management and business operations. Her unwavering commitment to driving transformative initiatives, ensuring stakeholder readiness, and fostering change adoption has consistently yielded desired outcomes and optimized benefits. Angela served as the board chair and treasurer on two non-profit boards focusing on strategic planning, program execution, board member recruitment/training, and finance management. Angela earned an MA from New York University, an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, and is PMP, CSM, SPHR, and Prosci certified.


Molly Angel

Past President

Molly is a change management expert with extensive experience in operations and project management specializing in implementation of healthcare technology. She combines expertise in healthcare finance and strategic program planning with certification in human factors of change management capability. Working in many health care settings, she is effective and credible communicating with both line and leadership. Molly holds an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University. 

Ross Henderson

Secretary & Treasurer

Ross has over 15 years hands on experience in leading business process improvement projects and identifying associated change management requirements and strategies. He has extensive experience in utility industry operations and substantial experience in financial systems operations and internal controls. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Washington University. He is also Prosci certified and holds a Lean Black Belt credential.


Alina Weber

Community Engagement Director

Alina has over 15 years of experience in Global Consulting, Training, Change Innovation, and Change Management in the Technology, Bio-Tech, and Investment management sectors. She worked on developing HR strategic initiatives for the Manufacturing small business sector in Northern Colorado (ROCKS Committee) and has served as the VP of Community Engagement on the Boulder Area HR Association (a division of the state SHRM chapter). Most recently, Alina worked as a Change Manager with the Sponsors and Program team for Knowledge Shared Services (KCS), driving a massive digital transformation project at F5 Networks in Seattle. Alina has an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University, is certified as a Senior Professional HR Strategist (SPHR) and a Prosci Change Management Practitioner.

Tammy Foss

Membership Engagement Director


I hail from Seattle, WA with 4 dogs, 2 cats and my husband. I have certifications in Change Management (CCMP) and Project Management (PMP), have been trained in Prosci and completed my MBA at Indiana Wesleyan University. With more than 25 years in project management, I am a subject matter expert in delivery excellence, operational processes, while helping teams build organizational effectiveness. I partner with leaders for organizational change, tuning-in with empathy, and driving for continuous improvement. I want to empower teams to solve problems, be leaders, and be gritty and bold. I also want people to be themselves, show up excited, push for greatness, and lift others up. In my spare time I run Seattle FlyDogs, an inclusive canine flyball club, garden, cook, and love to travel. 

Kiera Ojo

Strategic Initiatives Director


Kiera Ojo is a highly skilled and experienced Change Catalyst with 20 years in Technology and Healthcare industries. She has successfully worked on large-scale transformations and ERP implementations throughout her career. Kiera's professional motto is centered around creating order out of chaos. She achieves this by applying her expertise in Continuous Improvement, Program/Project management, Six Sigma, and operations disciplines. Her current assignment is driving a new strategic global application focused on strategic alignment and adoption. Her primary focus is to drive positive changes for all individuals involved, focused on human enablement and sustainability. By leveraging her extensive knowledge and skillset, she ensures that individuals are empowered to adapt and embrace the changes effectively. Kiera's education includes an MBA from NW University and BA from University of Washington. Additionally, she holds certifications in Prosci, Six Sigma and Project Management Professional. She is a lifelong student and adopts a growth mindset in her work. 

Shannon Smith

Thought Leadership Team (TLT) Director


Multiple verticals, multiple companies including Microsoft, all sizes of business, all consulting types, ~20 years of change SME-ness. Neuroscience Enthusiast, Entrepreneur, Small Business Owner, Doggo mom of Belle, Belley-Bean, Bellarina, Smusher-Pusher, Love Tank, Baby Belle (one dog of many names), Captain, Baking Attempter, Recovering Sugar Addict and Trash TV consumer. Shannon is excited to step into the role of Thought leadership Director in hopes of helping to advance our discipline and incorporate new ideas into our tried-and-true frameworks. In particular, she is interested in how AI and neuroplasticity can be embedded to enhance the value to our clients.

ACMP Pacific Northwest Chapter Board Roles and Responsibilities are summarized here.

Serving on the ACMP PNW board is a great way to contribute to the field of Change Management and is rewarding both professionally and personally.  

ACMP PNW Board members typically serve for a two-year term, with the exception of Vice President/President/Past-President which are each one-year terms served in succession beginning with the Vice President role, for a total of a three-year term. Approximately half the board turns over in any given year, with elections held each Spring. Full detail regarding board elections provided upon request.
