Alistair Lowe-Norris

Alistair has more than 26 years of experience leading and managing change globally as a corporate executive and consultant across various industries. In his current role as the Global Strategy Director for Adoption and Change Management at Microsoft, he is accountable for creating a strategic and competitive advantage for Microsoft, customers, and partners through growing an effective core competency in change management. He’s a frequent international public speaker, a master instructor in managing change, and a published author of over 50 magazine articles & 5 best-selling books translated into over a dozen languages.

Erika Schmidt
Vice President

Erika Schmidt is passionate about helping marketers succeed at bringing technology to market or expanding usage of existing products. In her current role as Principal at the Seattle-based enterprise technology marketing firm Sappington, she leads client relationships and account strategies. She blends her decades of experience in strategy, marketing, communication, leadership, and change management to deliver results for clients. In recent years, change management has become an integral part of Sappington’s product marketing work and now plays a role in all projects. Erika is a Prosci-certified practitioner and a graduate of the University of Washington and Leadership Tomorrow.

Jessica Hickey

Jessica is passionate about helping businesses work better. Her consulting work offers strong support to the C-Suite in everything from practice management and operations through to business process related activities. Her holistic view and simple implementation plans help companies run smoothly and increase retention of the bottom line.

Julie Milner
Past President

Julie has over 25 years of experience in Talent Development, Training Design & Delivery, Organizational Development, and Organizational Change Management. In her current role as Talent Development Director at McKinstry (a Seattle-based construction firm), she is working to integrate basic change management principles and practices into major change efforts as well as creating a change agile mindset within leadership. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Psychology from the University of Puget Sound and completed graduate work in College Student Personnel Services at Miami University in Oxford Ohio.

Todd Vold
Community Engagement Director (Seattle)

Todd works for local Seattle consulting firm Bridge Partners and brings a broad spectrum of competencies and skills. These span Sales Effectiveness, Channel Transformation, People & Change, Business Operations and Technology Enablement. Consulting is his eighth profession that spans transportation & logistics, technology, and large retail organizations.

Alexandria Gale
Community Engagement Director (Portland)

Alexandria Gale is a Process Architect at the Standard Insurance Company with experience promoting LEAN methodology and improvements in achieving business objectives. Alexandria specializes in problem solving and coaching through positive personal interaction, visual communication, and an energizing approach toward continuous improvement of business processes and partnerships. Alexandria is also a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner.

Sara Pendergast
Membership Engagement Director

Sara Pendergast is a serial problem solver. She founded and ran her own company for 19 years and published more than twenty award-winning books before taking a number of high-profile consulting jobs to steward organizational transformation in both domestic and international telecommunications, oilfield services, research organizations and universities, and financial institutions. She leverages the logic of cognitive diversity and the art of inclusion to help companies achieve the breadth and depth of change needed for results.

Stephanie Fleming
Marketing and Communications Director

Stephanie is the Founder and President of Viri Group, a Portland-based company that specializes in strategy, risk mitigation and change management for small and medium-size enterprises. 

Stephanie is a seasoned marketing executive with over 20 years in developing and implementing results-driven strategic plans that exceed business objectives. She specializes in creating and managing high-performance teams that thrive during chaotic times. She also has extensive experience building consensus and facilitating co-created solutions among company partners, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, and is a Prosci-certified change management practitioner.

Mariana Tomas-Savage
Thought Leadership Team Director

Mariana draws inspiration from the journey that led her from refugeehood to becoming a change expert in the ever-changing healthcare industry. Perhaps because she was exposed to assimilation challenges that most people never encounter, she discovered the grit to move forward and strengthened her empathy for those who are going through challenges themselves.

In her 15-year career in Change Management, Mariana specialized in supporting large change initiatives and furthering organizational capacity for change. In her approach, she utilizes strong relationships combined with a passion for agility and strategic thinking. Mariana is also a Leadership and a Life Coach who inspires people to re-discover adaptability, resilience, and grit through accessing their inner resources of personal power, courage, and compassion.

Cristofer Munson

Cristofer works for local Seattle consulting firm Bridge Partners with many years of experience in Change Management, Business Operations, and Technology Enablement consulting in Fortune 100 companies. He has proven success in defining solutions for clients from idea to implementation addressing all aspects of the people, process, and technology spectrum.

Molly Angel
Strategic Initiatives Director

Molly is a change management expert with extensive experience in operations and project management specializing in implementation of healthcare technology. She combines expertise in healthcare finance and strategic program planning with certification in human factors of change management capability. Working in many health care settings, she is effective and credible communicating with both line and leadership.

While working within clinical and financial operations in large integrated health systems, Molly has had responsibility for all aspects of project management. She has worked with vendors, executives, and local teams to ensure on time and on budget execution of complex technological and operational program implementation. She has developed a standardized communication process for executive leadership, including at the board level, regarding projects. She has experience providing concise reports to leadership regarding projects, including turning data into stories for effective C-suite communication.

Molly holds an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University.
