Marchelle Watson has over twenty-five years of experience in the energy industry. At present she manages the Transmission Commercial Systems division at the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). She is responsible for the system management for BPA’s transmission scheduling operations. This includes reservation processing and analytical support for the long term and short term transmission marketing for electric utility customers throughout the Pacific Northwest. She has led a wide range of strategic and operational efforts focusing on operational excellence, process improvement, root cause analysis and organizational change.
Todd works for local Seattle consulting firm Bridge Partners and brings a broad spectrum of competencies and skills. These span Sales Effectiveness, Channel Transformation, People & Change, Business Operations and Technology Enablement. Consulting is his eighth profession that spans transportation & logistics, technology, and large retail organizations.
David is currently a Change Management Expert Practitioner at North Highland and an active member with the ACMP PNW Chapter. He has 9 years of experience in change management in the public sector, retail, utilities, and natural resources. David has worked in the U.S. Senate, lived in far-flung places like Alaska and Germany, earned a Master of Divinity degree, and chases three kids under six in his spare time.
