Julie has over 24 years of experience in Organizational Development/Effectiveness, Training Design/Delivery, and Organizational Change Management. Currently she is working to integrate change management principles into project management processes and embed change management thinking into leadership practices within the Data & Technology Solutions division at Cambia Health Solutions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Psychology from the University of Puget Sound.

Paul is a senior manager and principal consultant at Amazon where he leads the Global Change Management program. Paul has over 20 years of experience consulting in business and technology program management with Amazon, Dell, Pearson, HP, the State of Texas, two of the largest education institutions in the US, and managing growth within small businesses. With a technical background, he has directed a wide range of projects and demonstrated success aligning organizational strategies with pragmatic, tactile delivery. He is both a resourceful and proactive leader with a history of establishing best-practice operations, and developing high-performing cross-functional teams.

Member Services + Chapter Programming Director (Seattle)

Todd works for local Seattle consulting firm Bridge Partners and brings a broad spectrum of competencies and skills. These span Sales Effectiveness, Channel Transformation, People & Change, Business Operations and Technology Enablement. Consulting is his eighth profession that spans transportation & logistics, technology, and large retail organizations.

Todd was raised on a farm in Iowa, went to college at the University of Colorado, continued west and now resides in Seattle with his wife and two boys. He loves meeting new people and travelling the globe.

He has 9 years of experience in change management in the public sector, retail, utilities, and natural resources. David has worked in the U.S. Senate, lived in far-flung places like Alaska and Germany, earned a Master of Divinity degree, and chases three kids under six in his spare time.
