Organizing documents, bylaws, policies, and procedures

As part of our February 2019 application to the IRS for a change from a 501(c)(6) business league to a 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation, the Board of Directors spent time during the latter part of 2018 ensuring a full set of governing documents were in order.

These documents include a Public Reporting and Transparency Policy below that lays out areas where we’re committing to full transparency.
